This family LOVES their Penn Quarter neighborhood, so we got up super early to get those classic Capitol sunrise shots for their little dude's first birthday! After that it was lots of walking practice at the Navy Memorial, then home for stories in Mandarin, bubbles, and a cupcake. Happy first time 'round the sun, sweet new friend!
